Joy of Christmas for December in Chelmorton, much of the waterwork road digging is finished!

A December joint benefice welcomes Taddington, Monyash and more to Sunday December 23rd at St Johns, Main Street.

For Christmas Chelmorton Carol service, Hollinsclough Silver Band will be in St Johns church Main Street Chelmorton, Sunday afternoon, December 16th. Three pm service.

All children are invited to take crib figures down the aisle, eleven hundred feet above sea level for the 2018 family carol service. For 2018 there is no midnight service in the benefice but traditionally folk often take the journey to Tideswell, (Cathedral of the Peak) leaving Main Street 11.20 . Christmas Day service at St Johns is ten am.

Also a special December joint benefice takes place at Chelmorton Sunday December 23rd at ten am.
