In the heart of storms, flooding and gale winds with virus knocking on the UK's door, the 2020 Oxford v Cambridge Varsity hockey match ended in a three-all draw at the Southgate Hockey Centre in North London. Lomas had battled hard with some tremendous saves in a fluid, vibrant clash of the Universities Varsity 'clash of the titans'.

Goal two with pressure at boiling point, the attack came in from the right side, failed! With seconds left, Oxford repeated with the rebound, Morgause jumped back for the post, another save! Wow, Cambridge blue supporters went wild! ‘Morgause just took the win’
No, it's not over yet. Morgause stood the line to defend and saved goal three. Three penalty saves in a row, we are in the land of dreams!
Fourth penalty, each one in the West goal as the goal keepers walk back to their post, the whistle blows, eight seconds, the Lomas ran out with gusto, two rebounds and rebuffed, all four penalties saved, Morgause did not let one goal in for the Varsity penalty shoot-out.
Number five, no it really is all over. Oxford defeated, Cambridge win Varsity, pile up as Cambridge blues roared into a mountain of motivation to build bodies in a pyramid of centre field hockey.
