Christmas fayre in the Institute & Carol Singing on Main Street for Xmas 2018

If you can't wait until December, Christmas comes early at Chelmorton this year. Irene Ottey, Debbie Race and Glenys Heap have organised a November date for Christmas Fayre in the Chelmorton Institute.

Saturday November 24th is the date for your diary, from two pm until four, there will be a range of local foods, cards and gifts. Refreshments, bran tub, raffle and tombola.

The fayre is in aid of the Church of St John, the Institute and the Buxton food bank.

Back into the days of December proper. Friday December 14th is the date set for Carols in Main Street, Chelmorton. Eleven hundred feet above sea level, the choir of villagers will sing songs for the Christmas season. If you wish to join the singing, contact Helen Davey at Town End Barn on 01298 85184.
